The Artwork of the Cajuns

The Cajun people not only became excellent craftspeople, but as they began to prosper, they also developed excellent artistic skills. There are many fine Cajun painters, some who paint in the style of typical artists, and others who focus on painting their native Louisiana. Some artists, such as George Rodrigue, have gained national recognition for their work.
