Please read carefully our Media catalog and send us at least 2 weeks in advance your order form either online, by mail or fax (with the blank VHS tape(s) or CD-ROMs if you wish to keep the program(s)). Include in this form the date you would like to receive the show, the program number, the title, the version and a second choice in case the show is not available at the moment. Note: Due to copyright restrictions, the free lending service of items in the our AV Catalogue is only available for French teachers in Louisiana. However, an additional collection of video programs is available for all teachers in the U.S. on CD-ROM or VCD/DVD. Please refer to our section : "Nationwide distribution of programs" The programs on loan will be sent to your school at the economical "Media Library" rate, and you can send them back at the same rate or by UPS within 10 days. For CD / DVD copies, please send blank CDs onto which we will record your selections and return the discs to you. NB : Make several copies of this form before filling it out: you will use it throughout the academic year. |
