Podcasting is a new technology where you can download automatically your favorite audio shows without even surfing on the web. Since now, you just have to launch a podcast client and with one click you will download our new programs (news, interviews, etc) that are available online on this page. Once downloaded, the mp3 files can be played on your computer or transferred to a portable multimedia player such as iPod.

It is very easy:

1/ Download the latest version of iTunes (PC and MAC). It's free of charge at www.apple.com/itunes. Older versions do not allow access to podcasting.

2/ Once the software is installed:

• Click on the "Advanced" tab, then open podcasting stream
• cut and paste or type the following link into the window: www.espacefrancophone.org/rss.xml

3/ You will automatically start downloading the latest available program from our office, and will also see a list of other available programs. Click on the ones you want and they'll also be downloaded to your computer. Make sure you remember where your files are saved so that you can find them again.

4/ Once you've downloaded the programs, you can either listen to them via Itunes or you can copy them into your Ipod, other type of .mp3 player , or onto a memory card and a CD. Just follow the instructions with Itunes or your player. You can delete or duplicate the files at will.

5/ Note: You can use a different software other than Itunes , as long as it's equipped to handle podcasts- follow its instructions.
