1. AV Video Library- Try downloading our programs first!
As you know, most of the programs in our video library are available on CD-ROMs, VCDs and DVDs. You can send us blank discs with the order forms and in about 2-3 weeks, we will duplicate your selections onto your discs. Details on this procedure are available here:

• You may not be aware that many of our most requested programs are available to you immediately by downloading from our website. If your have a high-speed web access, you may preview a show to see if it's suitable for your class: click here
• If you'd like to download  the entire series of certain programs, follow the directions on this link.

This way you may obtain  many of our programs immediately. Check back regularly, we're adding new programs each week!

2. Advice on sending blank discs for duplication:
Teachers who want us to duplicate programs onto their blank discs should follow the following steps:

• Make sure the blank discs you send us are truly new and blank. If you want CD-ROMS or VCDs, send us blank 700MB CDs. If you want DVDs, send blank DVD-Rs (not DVD+Rs). Make sure your name is  marked on the disc, and double check that your selections are correct on the order form and that you've included enough blank discs. Remember we don't make VHS copies, but you can copy to VHS from the discs we send you.
• You may save shipping weight by sending your  blank discs  in new thin plastic cases rather than  older thick ones or the large DVD cases. Even paper sleeves work fine. Put the blank discs inside the order form and questionnaire for padding, and slide them into a 6 x 9 " paper envelope (no cardboard or padding needed : we've never received a broken disc).
• Save money by marking the "Media Mail" postage rate on the envelope instead of Priority, Fedex or UPS. The mail arrives at virtually the same speed.
